Unless permitted by applicable law, no Personal Information is collected without first obtaining the consent of the individual for the collection, use and disclosure of that information. In some circumstances that consent may arise from the nature of the relationship between Hunter and the individual. You may, as provided by applicable law, be free to refuse or withdraw your consent upon reasonable advance notice. Hunter will endeavor to advise you of the consequences of withdrawing your consent.

In the event a request is denied, Hunter will notify the individual regarding the reasons for denial in writing. Consistent with how your information is maintained in the ordinary course of Hunter’s business, Hunter will provide the information in an understandable form.
